Eye donation: good or bad?

Last year one of my friend lost his eyes in a car accident. He is really close to my heart but what can I do? It's all an incident. At that moment only I took a hard decision to donate my eyes...Am I wrong or right?

Yeah besides it's for a good cause and you won't need them but someone else might really appreciate that. Good job!

Ya, its good decision taken by you. But first you need to find any person who near to his death and want to donate his eyes. If you will be succeed in your work then its better for both you and your friend. And if you will not succeed then you can decide to donate your eye for your friend.

If you are going to donate your corneas when you die then carry a doner card on you and donate your other organs. They will not take any body parts untill after death, unless its donating a kidney or bone marrow.

It's not only Good but Excellent. There are 20-25 lakh Indians who are handicapped with Corneal Blindness. Your friend has done the best service his memory will be preserved throuh out when two cornelly blind persons will see this beautiful world. As such the eyes after death are burnt or buried. If some one can be benifitted with any organ donation it is not only a service to Humanity but also to God. Congrat!! Keep up the psitive spirit.
