Tell him that you like him, that you like spending time with him and how you don't think that he and the other girl are a good couple. Last but not least say that you want to go out with him. If he REALLY liked you, then why is he still with his girlfriend? Did he tell you he liked you, or are you just assuming that? Personally, he wouldnt be someone I would want to get involved with. If he can do that to his girlfriend, what makes you think he wouldnt do it to you one day?
