Exercising with yoga

Can you lose weight by doing yoga? And it increases your flexibility, right?

You certainly can. Yoga not only improves your flexibility an strength, but it also gives you an excellent work out. After a session you'll most likely be sweating. happy

Yes...Yoga is no joke. I know people think it's stupid but when they do it they will see it's not that easy. Yoga is a great workout if you really try the moves.
