to make an example when people inject steroids does that part of the body just get biggger? to answer your confusing question its no fat is stored throughout the body although it will be in certain places mor than others but its evenly depleted through exercises and eating right like mandy said you dont become fat overnight and there is no way to fix it over night its a process

Exercises for different parts of the body?
I've always thought that when you loose weight it would just evenly show across your body, therefore, different body shapes would loose weight diffrently.
Are there actually excersises that help with different parts of the body? -and not just building...
muscle tone, though I see that this in turn would loose the weight.
Although,
Everyone has stomach muscles though they are only shown on people with les fat around that area. So, it is not like the stomach muscles burn the fat around the stomach...
If that even makes sence ^_^ just typing how my mind was speaking!
Ex. How sit ups, crunches etc. suposedly make you loose fat from your stomach area, though they don't, they only build muscle in that area (not actually loosing the fat)
