Exercise poll.

Just me. Asked by rotis93 about 1 year ago, 5 answers.

Just kinda wondering what everybody else is doing.
Like how often you exercise?
What type of exercising?
Height age weight, and gender?
What country you live in?

Like I said just trying to get a general idea of what is the norm these days and how...

that compares to everybody else.

Well I'm in the Army so we kind of HAVE to exercise at least like 5 times a week.

But by myself I usually exercise for about an hour each time and about 5 times a week anyways.

I switch off between running about 4-6 miles the olyptical machine for cardio. And then for muscular strengthening I usually start with a 8-10min ab routine and then move to whatever I feel like working out for the rest of that hour or so.

I'm a 23yr old male.

reside in US but in Iraq.

I try to work out 3 times a week, for about 1.5 hours each time. My exercise is pretty much just weights.

I'm 5'10, 156 lb male, 43 years old, in the US.

I have to do stretches daily because of a medical condition, I walk to and from work 4 days a week (about half an hour all up), I'm running around with some very active kids I work with (often pretending to be aeroplanes), and do the odd dance routine. I'm not generally a person who enjoys exercise, as I find it's often tedious and boring.

I'm 5 foot 3, 7 stone, 15 years old and go on a 30 minute brisk walk every day. I used to do more but I've recently gained weight so I tried to stop exercising as much as I used to in order to do that, I used to do aerobics and swimming.

I am 5'6, 150 pounds and 15 years old. I have been working out and running for about a year now where I used to be 125 pounds. I lift monday thru friday isolating my main muscle groups so I do not tire my muscles out and over work them. on saturday I run just enough to trim my fat (about 30min). working out is my life haha
