Spinach is RICH IN iron, among other things.

'Excess' - as also used in a previous question - isn't the right word. 'Excess' means 'too much', 'more than is desirable'..

The IRON amount (see at Popeye) is a mistake. The typewriter put the comma on the wrong place, the spinach has not that huge amount of iron at all.
