Try exercising and eating healthy. You can also try to lower your calorie intake. Set a certain amount of calories to eat a day than stick to it. Exercising regularly and eating healthy is the best way though you won't get the results as fast as you want. You can also try to keep a food diary to see what your eating and try to take out all the unhealthy fat.
well I agree with the answer, but if you really feel like you've tried all of the suggestions then I suggest you join a gym or find a personal trainer- some trainers you can just get for one session and figure out whats right for you then do it yourself, also you might try to change your look on things I mean your name 'fattymcfatpants' is degrading to yourself. you know just try to say to yourself ' I can lose the weight and gain muscle'
u also could just experiment with exercising if you dont meet with a personal trainer, also tell people to help you or get a work out buddy

Excess fat...and a lot of it!!
I have a lot of excess fat around my tummy, thighs, and hips. How Do I get rid of this? I know there are a lot of questions like this, and they all say the same thing. I have tried what you have all said and it doesn't seem to work. Any DIFERENT tips???
