Excersize

The Bean in Chicago my hometown Asked by mariachitown 8 months ago, 3 answers.

is this too much, 3 sets of 15 push ups, three sets of 25 crunches, three sets of one minute boards, and then sprinting 4 times around the track, two minute break, sprint 2 times around the track, then break for about 2 min, then sprint half way around...

the track on minute break sprint the other half, ...that's every day and supposed to get harder...also includes 15 sprint warm up, 15 sprint cool down...

I guess it depends on your physique/build. I'm sure lots of athletes would do more than that and they're fine. I would think that's too much for a young person or someone who's just beginning. If you have worked your way up to this amount of exercise or you have experience and are old enough then I think it's ok.

doodlegirl, it's fine, as long as you're eating the calories to sustain such a regime.

fitness is very individual, I do 40 mins on the cross trainer, yet when I started I couldn't do that, I had to build up to it...

as long as you're still eating well, lots of protein and stuff, then you should use your body as a gauge, you should know your body better than anyone! x
