Crunches... like 100 a day... 30 min running drink a lot of water.
A variety of ab exercises so you can trick your abs. They will get flatter (tone) after just a few weeks! Proper dieting is important! Start out jogging short distances, then try interval training, meaning 30 seconds all out, and 30 seconds jogging, then repeat ten times. Gradually up the pace and the interval times, meaning 45 seconds all out, 30 seconds jogging, and so on. Always try to trick your body and never stay with the same old boring routines.
