I am agreeing with himynameselise
not eating properly before and after exercising and during the day cold be what is causing you to become light headed and triggering the headaches.
I have one friend who had the same symptoms and when she started eating properly it went away and she has lost a lot of weight recently.
So I'd suggest starting upping your food intake...but do it HEALTHILY...and by upping your food intake I mean eat more regularly and eat healthy and then start slowly...don't overdo it at all.
Starving yourself is not going to help your situation. It could actually cause your body to gain weight...it will go into a starvation mode and store anything that it gets...so you could gain instead of losing.
Also eating 6-8 small meals a day will boost your metabolism.
oh and the acid reflux is probably because of stress. I get the same and it worsens when I don't eat.
So you'll have to FORCE yourself to eat, and eat healthily and SMALL regular meals so you don't get acid reflux.

Excercising??
Im def. Not fat or anything. But I am starting to get a little self consious about like the fat around my stomach and hips. I really would like to trim all that down and have a flat stomach again. Does anyone know how I can do that? I have tried...
excercising but my problem is a have severe migranes and headaches so when I try to work out, even a minimum activity I get sooo light headed and I feel like im about to pass out.
Does anyone know how I can flatten my stomach but not get to light headed and dizzy?
