its normal to feel this way about an exam..what I do is that I relax even when my body its not letting me I try as hard as I can and I actually lie to mysefl that its only a workshett I put slow music think bout other things such as nice DO NOT think about failin the test thats just going to make you feel worse you got to stay positive think of it as sponge bob he never passes his boat test but he is still calm if u...can say it that way lol all im sayin is that you control your own mind your own movent close your eyes and repeat a test will not dominate me I will nominate the test hope it helps and I kn ull do perfect on your test

Exam stress!!
I have my last exam for this semester in a few hours (reproductive and development biology) and im so stressed I feel like im going to be sick. I always seem to get like this before exams and not in the good adrenaline rush kind of way that makes you do...
better. I always think I could have done better if I wasnt so worried about it but I dont know who to stop. What do you do to cope with stress before exams?
