Drink a lot of water. I feel like I could answer almost every question on this website with that answer but here's the thing...stress is greatly impacted by how well rested you are. Around exam time, sometimes sleep can be minimal, but water can really help balance you out and keep you going when your energy levels are low due to lack of sleep.
Also, I don't know if this is entirely relevant, I got a white mocha at Starbucks with an extra shot the morning before I took my SATs, and I was so on fire. Just saying.
