Ex-boyfriend wants to stay friends

Okay, so my ex broke up with me and told me he was gay. Oddly enough, I'm just upset he beat me to the punch, I was going to break up with him. I found out he was cheating on me and everything and he doesn't know that. It's hard because he's in all my...

classes and insists on still being friends when I just don't want to bother. And what's worse; he wants to be the gay friend that I tell everything to, my confidant... even if it's about my new boyfriend. How do I nicely tell him to ef off?? I am tired of him wanting to know everything about me, but when I ask the questions, him lying to my face. I was all for staying friends after a break up, but under one condition, that he no longer lie to me. He's doing it and it's pissing me off. How do I get him to understand that friendship is a two way street and I'm tired of him being a hypocrite?

PS: I've already tried telling him like it is.

hey , I tried the friends thing it never works first he will be nice and all but then he will start nagging how you dont spend time with him and all and I swear if you get a boyfriend things will become worse he will get in between everything and will start being nosey , so im telling you say no . you can try hurting his feelings if he has pride and dignity then he will stop trying , if that didnt work then reject him nicely saying that your new boyfriend doesnt like you keeping in touch with exs.
