Why do people say i'm gorgeous if i'm ugly?

I think im ugly I mean I get boyfriend but I dont think the boyfriend I get are edgey enough for me... because im popular ( ihave no clue how) but I cant get a popular guy...

why should it matter if he is popular or not if you like a guy it should depend on his personality, etc. not his status of populatity...

That's a pretty dumb reason to be self-conscious. Why does it matter if you have a popular or 'edgey' boyfriend. Do you think it will increase your social status?
