What events should I have at my sweet 16?

What types of events should I have at my sweet 16 cookout? My family and friends will be there.

I am 15 and turning 16 in 8 months. I have a 1500 dollar spending limit for my party. I am going to have couches and music. Most of the time people just want to hang out with good music. Usually party games end up being a blow out and people just get bored. Have sexually arousing games, this might sound a little wrong but those usually last the longest. On my 13 birthday my mom had a parent go around and be "MOM" police. It was horrible, make sure this never happens. Also have a theme, hawaiian themes usually go good. I am thinking about having a hawiian theme... I am also going to get some local bands in there, most of the local bands are ska and punk but we oughta find some ear candy music.
