I know that estrogen make youlook more like a woman physically but could that work for someones face
Like if they look like a man inthe face

whatever your face looks like is how its meant to look
you cant change it with anything expect for surgery
even transexuals and transgender people who are male cant take eastrogen pills that will magically make thre face look female
your body and thoose pills dont work that way
the only way to change your facial features is with surgery
or you could go to a salon and get your eyebrows shaped to suit your face
this can change the look of it a bit, and might make you look more girly
makeup will also make you look more girly

You could lose your facial hair, which would make it easier to pass as a woman, but your bone structure would be unchanged.
