if you like her and she likes you then be together, if they are really your mates they will get over themselves and realise their mate is happy and found a girlfriend. Tell them to mind their own business and let you be happy.

Go for it! I'm sure your friends will come around in the end. If they don't you'll have to tell them to be real friends or walk away
