Urgent, worried about my glue sniffing friend

I have a friend that's been doing glue for a while and no he's been coughing and wheezing and having a lot of chest pains...is he dying?

Its possible he is clogging up his windpipe and filling his lungs. Get him off glue!!! Go consult a therapist or guidance counselor(depending how old you r) orsomething. if he does it 4 2 much longer he could end up in the hospital or even 6 feet under

There's another thing that can happen. He can lose his mind. I had a friend that used White Out (and I even tried it) and he started doing very weird things. I really thought we'd lost him. He would start laughing hysterically, then crying. It was a drug called Toluene and it can mess you up. It may or not be in glue but there are other dangerous substances in it.
