Is there any side effects of having to many energy drinks

Its depends on what you have a sickness of. If you have diabeetes then no it has to
two much sugar.but if you have nothing then you need to thank god and make your choice of drinking it. it does kind of damage our calium. we really should avoid these drinks for a better body.

my guess would be that you get a sugar rush. but as always after a while, you fall flat on your back and doze off

it can make the risks bigger of having heart disease apparently .. .:S

There is a dosage limit on the can for a reason. Excess in energy drinks can result in:

hypertension
irregular heartbeat
anxiety
headaches
interruption in sleep patterns
tooth decay
obesity
dehydration
brittle bones
short-term memory loss
gas
reduction in coordination and balance

One could make the argument that an energy drink causes nothing BUT side effects.

Its very bad for your liver to be drinking those kinds of dirnks on a regular basis.
