*energy drinks*

Whats your favourite type of energy drink??
Mine are rockstars,monsters,and freek.
..is energy drinks bad for you? cause if so, I'm screwed.

only because it taste good mixed with orange juice and vodka!

Mine is Monsters there soo good! My favorite is the green, my friend got me into them and I just love them!

Also, there VERY bad for you, lol.

Energy drinks can be incredibly dangerous if you have a heart condition, or are sensative to caffeine, also you should never chug one (too much at once) and you should not drink many in one day (the dif type of energy drinks have dif warnings)
for the most part for a normal person in normal health drinkin one a day should be fine
but if youre worried tal to a doctor

Red Bull

I don't like any of them because they do nothing for me - I have an excessively high tolerance to caffeine, ginseng, etc. (any ingredient meant to give energy).

Since they do nothing for me, I don't drink them because they taste like what I would expect floor cleaner to taste like.

And they are definately not one of the healthier options on the market.

my most favorite energy drink is REDLINE you can get them at smoothie king they are 5 $ a piece but it is well worth it they come in berry,mixed fruit, apple.and grapes if you have a smoothie king near you I'm sayin you got to try one because I tried them all. and this is the best... just try it

I haven't drank an energy drink since last year.
Last year, while I was at a dance competition, I saw a dancer fall to the ground, and she was shaking like crazy(I think she was having a seizure), she couldn't breathe, and they had to strip her from her clothes, because she had a few too many Monsters.
This was enough to convince me not to drink them at all, even though I know one wont hurt...

Powerade (blue or green), Red Bull, Lucozade (original) ... and I can't think of any more, except almost every fizzy drink I can get my hands on. I can't cut the fizz out. Lol. =o)
