Ending your period early

I had sex the morning I was to start my period and afterwards I did start. That cycle though started about a week sooner than it should have due to losing my pills, but I also ended my period early. Is that a sign of pregnancy? I'm just concerned to start my new pack of pills if I am pregnant, but want to get started on them to prevent this concern again.

I would hold off on sex or use other non-hormonal birth control .condoms and such until you are able to take an accurate pregnancy test. it's not impossible that you could have become pregnant.
