Its just hormones.Try punching pillows to get your anger out.Having a good cry helps too.And this may sound mad but talking to a pet or a stuffed toy helps.I started my periods when I was 13 (2 years ago) so dont feel like your not normal because you are.I know EXACTLY how you feel and I often still have days where I could just smack some one.If you really are depressed visit websites on emotional health or maybe see a school nurse as they could help. x

nothing, pretty much everybody goes through that especially around your age. its perfectly normal, its just hormones.
