How to get over my issues with girls?

Im Emotionally scarred from my Ex which broke up with me 2 years ago and I have never wanted to trust a Female again. I think I need advice.

my boyfriend don't trust me. but then again I don't trust him. I mean; we have been
together for about 3 months. & we both know we don't trust each other. but I mean
it depends on what your ex. did to you so bad to make you not want to trust another girl

do you still see your Ex?? emotional abuse is a terrible thing to have sufferd, not to mention one of the hardest to prove, sadly if you where stood in front of people bruised you would be believed but emotional abuse is something you cant see, but given time you will be able to trust a woman again, you may find that when you enter a new relationship some things may pop up and its not until your in your new relationship that you realise you may not of dealt with everything that your ex put you through, but with the rite person and some understanding im quite sure together you will get through this.

I dont see my Ex because she (For some reason hates me). I didnt do anything to her, Its not in my heart to hurt people or even raise my voice. We were so happy the day before and then out of the blue she called me and abused me so badly. It hurts every time I think about it. I thought we were perfect, we went out for 1 year 3 months and 10 days with no problems at all.

Why would someone want to hurt someone who loved them to bits every day?

I take relationships so seriously, Its that person and that person only, all my love and affection goes to them and them only, no secrets and no lies.

the most important thing is learning your lesson from your past...and being stronger and smarter than before...so next time when you meet females again, just dont show too much of your feelings and let things flow...then you can decide to be with her or not...
