killswitch engage is not emo by the normal term, but they put a lot of emotion into their songs. Not screaming emos, lovesick metalheads. But awesome whatever you want to label them as.

Some REAL emotive hardcore bands would be Rites of Spring, Gray Matter, Embrace, Heroin, Moss Icon, The Hated, Optimus Prime, Indian Summer, Antioch Arrow, Belle Epoque, Amanda Woodward, Orchid and so no.
