Yes, I think Claire's has got decent accessories, then Blue Banana if there's around you, t-shirts maybe Republic or HM
Most of the stuff is online these days, and there's better selection as well

I know ther are acceaories at clairs that can help you nicely with the whole emo looks, go to zoomies for the shirts theyr awsome and most have black so they look emo enought, as in for shoes convers are always the case for the emo look and theyr anywer, hope this helps. Oh and wear eyeliner
