How to get my hair to stick up at the back?

Can someone please tell me the products and what I have to do to get my hair to stick up at the back...

You know how you have your fringe at the front and your hair sticking up at the back (the boy styke emo hair)...what products do you use?

Do you batcomb?
Do you blow dry?
???HELP ME???

you need to have the back bit layered preyy short (although you have no trouble there!)
STRONG hold wax/spray stuff
yes you back-comb a bit too
you need to blowdry ie
but you need to cover it it the wax stuff and blowdry soon after
it takes quite a while to get what you want girl!!

I have a friend who does it like that and im pretty sure she blow dries it then takes some hair gel or mousse or something and puts it in her hand and then runs her hands through her hair.

use wax and blow dry with your head upside down and back comb if you need to and hair spray it so it stays

I have never did that hair style so I dont even know why im posting I just stick with pushing my hair off to one side.

I use hair spray.
