Emo hair please

My hairs finally starting to get longer. Its about right dwn to my breasts. Im not sure if its long enough to get emo razored layers yet. Also, about how much would you think it costs to get my lares done at great clips??? Thanks for the help! Arigato!

Wow, It doesn't matter what length your hair is to get a razor cut. My hair was above my shoulders and I got a razor cut. I don't know how much it costs though because I did mine myself.

Even if it is a little short they can still razor it and it will grow out. It doesn't sound too short tho, I would just go in and get it.
