I need help...the last time I had sex, I could only hold for about 10 sec...I stopped a lot to make sure that I didnt cum, but it was really short...please anyone know how to extend time in bed (this is the first time its been this short)

2. Get yourself off before the sex. The second time usually lasts longer

use the condoms that have the numbing stuff on the inside so that you're not so sensitive. I think theyre 'her pleasure' but I could be wrong...
