You DO need to find someone you can talk with. Maybe pick an Advisor and Fun Mail them and use them as a sounding board to help YOU arrive at solutions to your problems.

You are pretty much anonymous so it won't hurt you to vent your emotions with an Advisor or even someone else on this site whose advise you like.

If you don't risk talking with someone, you will not resolve your problems. A personal counselor would be best but talking with anyone is better than nothing at all. If you really get depressed, check out the sites below:

Talk therapy is the best cure for depression, however, there's always the medication route... You could talk to a doctor about antidepressants.

Major depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. It is not a sign of weakness. You can talk to your doctor in confidence about this problem and get ahold of it before it gets any worse. Remember, any embarassment you feel now is nothing compared to how tough it will be if you get so sick that you can't function and then everyone knows. Plus, long-term depression can lead to suicide. You deserve better in life than that. Take it from someone who knows and talk to your doctor now.
