Yes they can, if they look in your history, or if you typed the porn address into the URL bar, most URL bars save the sites that you have looked at.

You can delete your history though, just go to view, history, and then delete the sites you don't want there.

No, when they open the computer, you don't see anything that has a thing to do with what you've done on the computer. When you open a computer, all you see is the hardware that allows you to do whatever you do. But if someone took your hard drive and did some scan on it, they could find your history even if it was deleted. But to answer your question, no they can't know what sites you've been to by opening up the computer.
