Hi !!! Im 18 years old. Normally im plain with my pen once a week or twice. I have a serious prb. Im ejecuating very fast. If I do it harder. Im ejecuating within 2 or 3 minuites. please please. I need some help with this. How can I control my ejecuation....

Practice makes perfect. You need to practice holding your orgasm back. It's harder when you are younger but it's not impossible. It's normal to ejaculate fast when it feels good and you are playing with yourself. You have to learn to stop just before you ejaculate and wait a bit until you feel you can start again. That way you will not ejaculate right away and you will slowly build up to your orgasm, having an even better orgasm!

try this--when masturbating and you are about 8 seconds before you are about to explode force aoo of the breath out from deep within your diaphram then wait about 8 seconds and continue; do this about 3 or 4 times and you will have an explosion with great intensity ; keep practicing this method to achieve longer lasting time, also thinking of something totally different to remove your mind from the situation also helps so now you have 2 good methods
