It might be possible to go back to the source of his original scholarship and try to get it back. But to do so he will probably have to show a definite change, such as attending a class or two on his own and doing well.
What ever he does hopefully he has learned a valuable lesson in balancing his life's priorities.
Another possible source might be (as he probably already knows) one of the schools for the deaf.
I wish all of you the best
Good Luck!!
PS Mikeh is right. When you type in all capital letters, or some weird way, people won't read your question.

Education
You seem to have all the answers and I need help. My grandson who is now 27 years old had received a full scholorship to osu. He is hearing impaired and had never socialized as he could not hear well enough. After his first year at school he had many...
friends and his dorm room had been the social hang out. His grades fell because of that and he lost his scholarship. Socializing is something we all need to know, so he did learn something to get a long in life the first year but of course he cannot attend college now. His life dream crashed and no hope of meeting his dream of an education. His mother is a single mother of three who are all hearing impaired and cannot afford to put him in school. What a loss for someone with a high iq but lost out do to having to learn to socializse with this disability. So what my question is do you know of any place that he might obtain assistance to get his college education. I figured if any one would know you and your staff would. Your assistance in directing us the correct way would be greatfully appreciated. Thanks much for your time.
