Buy some filling snacks like savoury rice or cous cous, they're not very fattening and will probably satisfy your craving. You can still eat when your hungry, just try and aim for the healthy options. x

how can I control my anxiety of eating. I cant control my self and I eat costantly I've gain 30 pounds in like 5 weeks
