Eating ice

Does eating ice swells your stomach up or does it helps you loose weight?

I don't think so,my former sister ate ice a lot,nothing changed about her,what I do know is that it really makes your mouth cold and sends a chill down your spine.

Eating ice does neither for you. The only way it could help you lose weight is if you ate it before a meal - your stomach would be that bit fuller and would therefore stop you eating so much. But I don't see why you would do that when you could just drink a glass of water.

It's said that by eating ice, you are reducing your body's temperature, which causes you to start shivering, and thereby, burning calories in the process.

However, the actual effectiveness of this method is pretty much non-existent, since you'd need to shiver pretty violently for several hours to even begin burning off the calories.

it does both. helps you get full to eat less, but it can help you get fat. learn from me I love ice cream! and I cant eat it no more if I wanna loose weight =[ lol.
