welll I have a diet I've been one for 2 years now. it's a pollo-pescatarian diet. I eat normal stuff basically, but I don't eat red meat..like pork..and beef and all that. although I do eat turkey rarely, I only eat chicken and fish for meats. it's the SIMPLEST thing someone can do to eat healthier. and I have fun bragging about it lol.
Just eating healthy food is good. There is not really a diet that can make you healthy. Diets are mosty for losing weight. Most people dont know that just by eating healthy can help you lose weight. Working out for at lesat 30mins to an hour can help you get healthy. And its best not to eat a lot of junk food.
