well it's not actually a fad diet... it doesn't tell you that you can't eat anything and I read teh whole book and it was amazing like it tells you certain things about your body and what different vitamins and stuff work better for your blood type and which in too high of concentration are actually bad for it...I'm gonna try this like just keeping up with eating better and see how it actually works.
