Eating food

if i eat three times a day for breakfast,lunch,and dinner will i get fat

no you wont but yet u wont loose weight either, thats the stable meal for the human body that will make u healthy to a degree it matters wut you eat, umm but simply 3 meals a day will usually keep u the same if ur looking to loose weight try exercising not alot at first jsut run dance if u like dancing get some girls together and jsut bee goofey and dance me and the guys do that lol we rock out ,umm singing, and if ur old enough and ur married or ur having sex do it more cause that burns alot of calorries thats like the greatest workout ever,tho if ur under 18 i do not reccomend it or if ur not married! jsut read readers digest or get envovled with weight watchers

Also, quit junk food. It doesn't matter if you eat 10 times a day if all you eat is fruit and veggies, but if you have one meal only, and it's McDonald's, it will pretty much screw your balance for the whole day. So cut down on the fat and sugar, and combine it with exercise - that's the best way.

okay first eat healthy , BUT ALSO EAT! nothing slows up ur metabolism like not eating , get a balance protein diet and try not to eat passed 10 pm. also get involved with a sport what shadow to weaves say iS NOT TRUE! u can loose weight if u are eating right and getting exersize.
