'How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?'

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Run and walk a mile everyday. It only takes about twenty minutes and whether you are out of shape or not, it's easy to just run a short distance, match that distance walking and then run again. Continue that until you complete a mile. I recommend doing this over a large span of land because if you're a little spacey like me, running through the same space multiple times will be boring. To keep up your blood sugar, eat an apple a day, one slice every two hours (six slices total) . I know it's hard in the beginning but cravings only last twenty minutes. It just easier as the days pass. I would avoid the mirror, until a one week has past, what you see will make you want to continue. Peeking at yourself midweek can be discouraging. Apples get boring? Replace it with a pear or orange, but not too much. Make a different fruit a reward for a job well down. Motivation? All the money saved on food can be spent on a cute bathing suit for your new hot bod. Hope it helps!

For myself I find if I limit my carb intake and walk at least 4 times per week for approx 45 min, it keeps my weight good. I eat the most at morning time, less in afternoon and have a light supper.
I also limit the things that are White in my diet...like white flour, white bread, white rice, to name a few.
If I have steak , I'll have veggies and salad with it , no potatoes...when you mix carbs with fat you won't see the results you want.
But you have to eat...especially in the morning time to kick start your metabolism.
