That might be possible if you were on your period and are now off of it. Or if you were eating foods high in fat and calories and are now eating more fruit, vegetables and fiberous foods which are low in calories. Just be sure that you do eat enough protein, carbohydrate and dairy as well as the low calorie foods.
Typically if you eat 6 smaller meals a day, your metabolism will overtime increase and you will lose weight.
When we eat three heavy meals a day, it slows our metabolism and in a way can overload it. By eating 6 smaller meals a day I.e. breakfast, then a banana as a snack, then lunch, then a hanful of carrorts or yogurt .. etc. etc. your metabolism will increase and be better able to break down your food faster, thereby aiding in an overall weight loss overtime.
