Does giving advice on FunAdvice lead to earning money in any way, like asking the questions does?

Not yet, but it will in the future (give us a few weeks to implement it we'll announce the feature when it's ready).

Also to stay in the revenue sharing program, we do expect people to answer questions as well...it's basically there to reward active community participants happy
