Dying hair***

Ok so this is kinda long so pls just bare with me...well im sooo tired of the same look I have been having since forever and I wanna dye my hair but theres a problem..in 04 I dyed my hair and I love it everytime my roots grew out I went and got them dyed...

the color of my hair I was going to the salon every two weeks well that next year in jan 14 I gont on the depo birth control shot and soon afterwards my hair started to fall out until eventually I had to cut it off very short..(I was still hot..lol) then in 06 I got prego soo my hair grew back really fast and my hair very long well now I want to dye it again not my whole head I just want a shadow...so I was wondering what do you all think I shud do and do you think it was the dye that made my hair cum out or the shot..well thanks guys for reading this long story,,,

defenetly the shot, those are side affects of it. maybe you could do a darker shade of your hair coor underneath your hair...
