Dull!

When I flat iron my hair its dull and flat. How can I make it look really whispy and full I was thinking blunt bangs and I dont want to cut my length drasticly

make sure your flat iron is at the right temp, low temps make it hard to straighten and makes it look weird. higher temps soften the hair and make it lie straight and shiny. do you use heat protectant? you should!

Try dying your hair? I know that a scarlet color ALWAYS looks amazing.
Whether its flat or still. Or you can try using volume mouse or other hair products.
You should try going to your local hair salon and ask for their advice. I garauntee they'll have the answer!
