Dry skin on my face and arms...

Hello guys...

I have REALLY dry skin on both of my arms.
Also on my face.
My arms have dry brown lines that sometimes itch.
I hate using cream on my face.
So I use E45 - but I hate putting it on my arms and face.
I sometimes use Baby Johnson's...

Oil - does that help?

So my main question is - how do I get rid of the dryness? And is Baby Johnson's Oil good for my skin all around my body?
