how can i get rid of dry lips?

How can I get rid of dry lips? do I need a type of vitamin im not having enough? what fruit do I need to have to keep them moisturised and healthy? thanks

Buy some Polysporin Daily Lip Care. It works amazing and really moisturizes your lips.

theres a lot of good ones out there, and ones that help your lips to. theyll probably have some at your local mall

are the corners of your mouth dry? or just your entire lip? Theres a condition called Chelosis when you have vitamin B deficiencies. Try taking a Vitamin B complex which has all the vitamin B's (B1, B2, B3, B12) and maybe thats where your problem is if you have a vitamin deficiency...however it will take a while (like a week) to work if that was your problem. Otherwise do you lick your lips/bite them? Saliva can cause your lips to be very dry because it takes the moisture out of them. Try using Carmex lip balm. I also have dry lips and this stuff is so good.

u can buy a tub of aloe vera you would have to order it its from turkey but believe me it helps a lot ... =]

It is like Carmax but it is gone in an instant and it really isnt bee's wax it is the name lol..

apply vaseline AT NIGHT before bed...the next day your lips will be so soft! thats what I do.

I use vaseline too. Lips seem to be able to repair very quickly!

But I;ve noticed some lipsticks will make my lips dry. The worst one, in fact, is one I paid $17 for. Ughhh. I usually like to pay $6 to 8 for lipstick. The expensive one is full of perfume and so soft it only lasts for 30 mins. then leaves my lips feeling chapped and sore...

Thats what I do I put vaseline all night but it only get my lips more chapped... I tried lip gloss I just put it on a few hours ago and its much better I have a habit of licking and biting my lips im trying 2 stop and im only doing it once or twice a day now I usually do it like every 30 mins :s

I like Blistex. Back when I was a serious trombone player lots of musicians I knew used it all the time to keep lips from getting dry and chapped. When you are going out in the cold you need something waxy to protect your lips like chapstick.

Put a lip balm on you lips every night before you go to bed. Your lips have no oil glands so you have to give them some help. Never let them go bare.

I always get real chapped lips around winter and I usually put vasoline on my lips everynight before I go to bed (also works great for dry skin) and everytime I brush my teeth scrub them lightly with my toothbrush then during the day I use burts bees chapstick which works amazing and can get pretty much anywhere.. that always works for me

also I would try not to bite or lick your lips for that will just make them chapped and dry out, but seriously try the Burts Bees chapstick.. it gives a great cooling feeling and guys love the taste and the way it feels while its also helping out your lips
