that does sound like a horrible question to ask
you dont need to resort to drugs wehnever you have a problem, feel sick, ect
its just putting usually unessessary chemicals into your body
hobbies can take yyour mind off stress
do what makes you happy, weather it be outdoor activity or playing videogames, ect
also sleep will help, you need to be properly rested
anything else rlaxing liek taking a bath, lighting some candles...reading, writing, ect
whatever relaxes you, but theres no need to take drugs
Weed can help you forget things and make you all calm and happy, IF you don't take it much. But there is the qwhole legal issue there.
Cigarrettes can help a it with stres but obviously are addictive and not healthy.
But seriously, try sleep, and do drink water and eat healthy, excersize, etc.
The drugs ARE a DESPERATE last resort, because they can have serious consequences.
If you must resort to drugs resort to marijuana.
Its better for you than anything a doctor would prescribe (unless you live in a place where you can get a medcard)
But It does carry the risk of psychological dependance if used regularly solely for the reason of stress relief. Just as any self medication would do.
It can be very helpful though. I myself have a med card to help me with my Bi-polarity and ADD. It calms me down and makes me better able to function as a human being.
