How do I use my friends pee to pass a piss test ? How to keep it warm and where to put it?

It depends on where they are testing you. If it's a medical facility, they doctor or nurse may watch you and there will be no way to get away with it.
If it's not, then you could hide a small balloon or something filled with it inside your pants or panties. It has to be kept down there somewhere, because it has to be very warm when you give it to the nurse otherwise she'll know.

First of all you should not be doing drugs, second try drinking your friends pee,
that will keep it nice and warm till you have to take the test, DUMMY!!!
