drinking more water and not drinking soda or anything that is junk is going to make a difference, however not eating a well balanced diet is not safe at all, People want a quick fix no of days and are screwing up their metoblisom and doing more harm then good. I watching Dr. Oz on Oprah yesterday and he compared a two groups of women in the same health bracket and who would drink alcholo. He put on group on a well balanced meal plan and the other to a self cleansing detox center. they test there pee, blood, saliva, and at the end. There was no difference in results at ALL. I think you need to drink water, excerise and have a well balanced diet and you will be healthy, that is it, there is no quick fix that is good for you
I tried it myself and yes it's bad for you if you do it for more that 14 days but whatever. its fast results so FCUK everyone else. just don't be a pig and eat like hell after you've reached your goal weight. let your body get used to the weight by starting to eat little by little.
no not really.although drinking water is good for the body and flushes away toxins you will still weigh heavier due to the extra fluid that you are carrying.If you dont eat the body will just store everything and turn it into fat to use as energy later on.My best advice is to eat small portions throughout the day this will motivate your metabolism and burn the fat off quicker along with drinking water.hope this helps ;-)

Drinking water only = lose 2lbs a day?
Someone told me that you can lose 2lbs a day if you only drink water. And if I get hungry chew on a carrot or fruit or something. Does that really work?
