Drinking water

I hardly ever drink water and I heard since I dont do anything that if I start drinking a lot of water instead of over eating a walk I can lose 20lbs in a month is that true? How else can I lose a good amount of weight in a month without having to change what I eat?

thats true but when my girlfriend did it for a couple months she went ana .. eat little an often

Cut back on how much you do eat and if you don't like water then pout in some green tea packs to go into your water bottle to give it some flavor and that is better than soda's, etc. Losing 20 lbs in one month is probably not healthy as you will probably do more damage than you will good for your body.

you HAVE TO DRINK WATER!! you body will be dry, your skin will be full of pimples, and it won't be soft like a babie's body and you have to drink AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY!!! it's really important!! I drink 4 bottles, and half a bottle before I sleep (Everyday) when I do more activities than usuall I drink around 6 bottles!! lol
if I don't drink 4 bottles or more mom would kill me! lol
trust me, water will make your body really healthy!! it's ok you will get used to it! just give it a try! drink 4 more glasses then make it more day by day til' it becomes 8!!
but how come you don't get thursty?!!! don't you do ever work out?!! play sports?! go walkin' to get breakfast on weekends? wash the dishes, lol, clean the house! I think you should get thursty if you do all these things!!! lol

everyones bodies have different metabolisms so it's not guaranteed to make you lose that amount, but drinking water and excercise will definitely make a difference eating any amount is fine but it's best to get into a routine of eating a certain amount at a certain time, eg breakfast at 8am, lunch at 2pm, a snack at 4 and dinner at 8pm, this way your body will get used to the pattern and digest most at these times. Walking is fine but it can be boring after a while to keep up, it's best to include more walking in your day to day life e.g walk instead of catching the bus and focus on other sports you enjoy such as swimming, trampolining or badmington and it's better because you can do these things with friends or join groups and meet new people, which is more motivation. Even just dancing around your room for an hour every day is more fun and can make a difference
