how can I induce dreams?

I think you need to find what works for you. For me, eating ice cream or especially a rootbeer float works. I have great dreams from that.

you dream naturally, everynight. it's just that many people can't remember their dreams, so they think they didnt' dream at all.
google search binaural beats. they're basically white noise you listen to while you sleep. it makes my dreams way more vivid.
