Where can I get dreadlocks in hartford county?

Where can I get some dreadlocks anywhere in the Hartford County? ... baring in mind I am caucasion.

As far as I know, you don't 'get dreadlocks' you have to condition your hair to become like that, eg, dreaded. But...keeping in mind if you have 'white hair' that isn't so curly or oily, it'll be much harder to make it into dreadlocks.

in my opinion, white people look very, very silly with dreadlocks. But that's just me. If you don't comb your hair for a long, long time, eventually it might get that way, and only wash it once a week, and don't use shampoo or conditioner, so the hair will stick together.
